6 years ago my fitness journey began. When it came to eating the right foods and exercising, I didn’t have a clue (a diet is a diet is a diet, right?!) - but I wanted to learn! I was so tired of feeling tired. I knew I wasn’t fueling my body the right way and I knew I needed to make a permanent change.
So I did just that. I began implementing everything I learned about nutrition and I began seeing my body change (such an amazing feeling!!) With my new knowledge, personal experience and desire to teach and motivate... I knew I had to pursue a career that did just that.
So I studied more. I worked harder and before long, I was a Certified Personal Trainer.
The fitness industry was filled with a lot of “quick fixes” and negativity... And I knew I wanted to change that.
So I began teaching my clients long-term sustainability, healthy habit building and the tools to live a balanced life. They see results, they FEEL GOOD during the process and they keep getting stronger.

I promote a healthy lifestyle, not an end goal or a short-term fix. My clients learn how to maintain their progress- with no yo-yo dieting or working out until you can’t move.
